Egyptian President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi arrived in Kuwait Monday on a state visit.
His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, along with His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, received the Egyptian President and his accompanying delegation at the Amiri Airport. Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Deputy Premier and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Shireedah Al-Mousherji and Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya were also among the audience. Minister of Defense and Acting Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah is heading the Mission of Honor accompanying the distinguished guest.
Upon arrival, the national anthems of both countries were played. His Highness the Amir greeted the Egyptian delegation before artillery fired a 21-gun salute for President Al-Sisi.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Seif Palace on Sunday His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
His Highness the Amir also received Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Seif Palace on Sunday His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
His Highness also received Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received on Saturday a call from the Sultan of Oman, Haitham bin Tariq, expressing his best wishes on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
The Sultan wished prosperity and abundance to all Arab and Islamic countries, wishing His Highness and his people good health and wellbeing.
His Highness thanked the Sultan on his generous gesture that embodies the deep relations between the two countries, congratulating him on this blessed occasion, and wishing Oman and its people progress and prosperity.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah signed a decree on Monday assigning the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) Board of Commissioners for a period of four years.
The board, whose mandate can be renewed once, included: 1 - Chairman Emad Tifoni.
2 - Vice Chairman Rayyan Al-Zaid.
And members: 3 - Tareq Shihab.
4 - Hessa Al-Roumi 5 - Thamer Al-Nisf The decree ordered Minister of Commerce and Industry Khalifa Al-Askar to execute the decree upon publication in the official gazette.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received UAE's State Minister for Youth Affairs Dr. Sultan Al-Neyadi, and astronauts Nora Al-Matrooshi and Mohammad Al-Mulla at Bayan Palace Monday morning.
Kuwait's Information and Culture Minister and State Minister for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi and other senior officials attended the reception.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Friday a cable to the President of Senegal Bassirou Diomaye Faye, congratulating him on his country's national day.
His Highness the Amir wished, in the cable, more progress and development to the Senegalese people and leadership.

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a phone call Wednesday morning from President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, congratulating him on Eid Al-Fitr holiday, and wished the two nations prosperity and blissfulness, His Highness the Amir good health and the state of Kuwait further progress.
The two heads of state talked of the sturdy bilateral ties between their nations and mechanisms of boosting such ties across a multitude of avenues, as well as discussed issues of common interest and regional and international developments.
