His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday a cable of condolences to the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tareq over the victims of the floods that swept the Al-Mudaybi Region in Oman. In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished a speedy recovery to the wounded, expressed solace over the souls of the victims and hoped that the Omani people would overcome this natural disaster.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Eid Al-Fitr greetings from Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the ruler of Ajman Emirate, the UAE, in a phone call on Thursday midday. Sheikh Humaid wished His Highness the Amir everlasting wellbeing and both sisterly countries more prosperity and progress. His Highness the Amir thanked him for initiating the cordial phone conversation, which reflects the strength of the relationship between the State of Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Wednesday a phone call from Iraq's Prime Minister Mohammad Al-Soudani. In the call, the Iraqi prime minister congratulated His Highness the Amir on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, expressing best wishes and prayers on the blessed occasion, wishing many returns for the two countries, Arab and Muslim nations. In turn, His Highness the Amir thanked the Iraqi prime minister for this kind gesture, which reflects the deep-rooted ties between the two countries.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday phoned Qatar's Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani to congratulate him on Eid Al-Fitr. During the phone call, His Highness the Amir wished the two sisterly states and the Arab and Muslim worlds, happy returns of this dear occasion. He also wished Qatar's Father Amir Sheikh Hamad everlasting wellbeing. For his part, Qatar's Father Amir Sheikh Hamad thanked His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal on the good gesture which showed the depth of relations between the two sisterly states and wished him everlasting wellness. His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received, Sunday, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Acting Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah at Al-Seef Palace. His Highness the Amir also received Al-Farwaniya Governor Sheikh Athbi Nasser Al-Athbi Al-Sabah, Al-Assima Governor Abdullah Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governor Sheikh Sabah Badr Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Al-Ahmadi Governor Sheikh Sabah Badr Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, and Al-Jahraa Governor Hamad Jassem Mohammad Mheisen Al-Habshi for their newly appointed positions as governors.

His Highness the Amir voiced hope for more progress and prosperity for the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the wise leadership of King Salman. On his part, Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman thanked His highness the Amir for initiating the phone call which materializes the depth of relations between the two sisterly countries. He wished His Highness Amir everlasting wellbeing and Kuwait more prosperity and progress under his wise leadership.

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, the Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, the Head of the Court of Cassation, Counselor Dr. Adel Majid Bouresli and other top officials performed Eid Al-Fitr prayers at the State Grand Mosque.

Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir thanked Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim for this good initiative, which embodies the deep-rooted ties between the two countries and their peoples. His Highness Sheikh Meshal also congratulated Sheikh Tamim on the same occasion, wishing him everlasting wellbeing, and further progress and prosperity to Qatar under his wise leadership.
