His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to President of Romania Nicusor Dan on his country's National Day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished President Dan good health and his people more progress and development.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Sunday received at Bayan Palace Defense Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah and Head of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation Sheikh Humoud Mubarak Al-Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The reception was held on the occasion of Kuwait obtaining International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Council President's Certificate for Excellence in civil aviation security oversight, in recognition of the progress it has made in establishing an effective civil aviation security monitoring system.
They also presented His Highness the Amir with a commemorative shield on the occasion of opening the third runway and the new control tower at Kuwait International Airport.
His Highness the Amir congratulated them on this achievement, wishing them continued success and progress in all regional and international forums.
