His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to King Philippe of Belgium, on occasion of the country's national day.
His Highness the Amir wished the King good health and the people of Belgium all progress and prosperity.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received, Sunday, a letter from his counterpart, Qatar's Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, inviting him to participate in third summit of Asian Cooperation Dialogue titled sports diplomacy.
Qatari Ambassador to Kuwait Ali bin Abdullah Al-Mahmoud handed His Highness the Amir the invitation to the summit, slated to be held next October in Qatari capital of Doha.
Attending the meeting were a number of senior officials.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a letter from Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday.
His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah also received a similar letter from Sharif.
The letters were received by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, while receiving the outgoing Pakistani Ambassador to Kuwait Malik Farooq.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Tuesday First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Al-Sabah at Bayan Palace. His Highness the Amir was introduced to Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Army Air Vice Marshal Sheikh Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, on the occasion of his appointment to his new position.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah at Seif Palace Sunday.
His Highness the Amir also received His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, as well as First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Saturday a cable to the President of Colombia Gustavo Petro, congratulating him on his country's Independence Day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished him everlasting health, and further progress and prosperity to the friendly country and people.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences on Tuesday to the President of Somalia Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, expressing sincere condolences over victims of the terrorist attack in Mogadishu.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished a speedy recovery to the injured, denouncing this terrorist act targeting innocent civilians.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences Sunday to Indian President Droupadi Murmu, expressing sincere condolences for the victims of the floods caused by heavy rains in several Indian states, which lead to numerous fatalities and injuries, along with the destruction of public facilities and properties.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished the injured a swift and full recovery, hoping that the officials in the country would be able to overcome the effects of this natural disaster.
