His Highness the Amir was received at the airport by Prince Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region, GCC Secretary-General, Jassem Al-Budaiwi, the Ambassador of Kuwait to Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Sabah Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and members of Embassy. His Highness the Amir is accompanied by a delegation of officials including Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investments Anwar Ali Al-Mudhaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Al-Yahya and ranking officials at the Amiri Diwan.

His Highness the Amir was seen off at the airport by Deputy Amir and the designated Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, His Highness the caretaker Prime Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Deputy Chief of the National Guards Sheikh Faisal Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Acting Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheridah Al-Moesherji, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil Dr. Imad Al-Atiqi and senior state officials. His Highness the Amir is accompanied by a delegation of officials including Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investments Anwar Ali Al-Mudhaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Al-Yahya and ranking officials at the Amiri Diwan.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah is scheduled to depart, along with an official delegation, the homeland on Sunday heading to Saudi Arabia. His Highness the Amir will head the State of Kuwait's delegation partaking in the international economic forum, themed "Global cooperation, growth and energy for development." The forum is scheduled on April 28-29.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to the President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa on his country's National Day. In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed sincere wishes of progress and development to the leadership and South African people.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and his accompanying delegation returned home on Wednesday following a state visit to Jordan. His Highness the Amir's accompanying delegation comprised Minister of Finance, Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment Anwar Ali Al-Mudhaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya and senior officials of the Amiri Diwan.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah is scheduled to sponsor and attend the honoring ceremony of distinguished teachers and schools marking the World Teachers' Day for the scholastic year 2022-2023 early on Monday. The ceremony will be held at the Theater of the Late Sheikh Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at Abdullah Al-Salem University in Shuwaikh district.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to the President of Togo Faure Gnassingbe on his country's National Day. In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed sincere wishes of progress and development to the leadership and the people.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a cable to the President of Sierra Leone Julius Maada Bio congratulating him on his country's national day. His Highness the Amir wished the president good health and his people optimal progress and prosperity.
