His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a congratulatory cable to the President of Vietnam, To Lam, on his country's Independence Day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished the president good health and further progress and prosperity for the country and its people.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Tuesday a written letter from President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, inviting him to attend the United Nations Water Conference 2026.
The conference is scheduled to be hosted by the UAE in partnership with the Republic of Senegal from December 8 to 10.
The letter was delivered to His Highness the Amir by UAE Ambassador to Kuwait Dr. Matar Hamed Al-Neyadi.
The meeting was attended by Director of His Highness the Amir's Office retired Lt. Gen. Jamal Mohammad Al-Theyab, Amiri Diwan Undersecretary Sheikh Abdulaziz Meshal Mubarak Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Amiri Diwan Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs Mazen Issa Al-Essa.
