His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Saturday some cables of thanks on the occasion of the end of the Arabian Football Cup, Khaleeji Zain 26, hosted by Kuwait from December 21 until January 4.
The cable were sent to His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Chief of Kuwait National Guard Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, Minister of Information and Culture, and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi as well as some ministers and officials.
In the cables, His Highness the Amir expressed great thanks and appreciation to all ministries and governmental bodies for their efforts made in perparing this tourney in a manner that has contributed to the success of the event.
His Highness the Amir also appreciated audience's interaction that made all happy.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable to President of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel, congratulating him on the occasion of his country's National Day.
His Highness the Amir wished the President good health and wellbeing, and Cuba and its friendly people further progress and prosperity.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday exchanged cables of congratulations with leaders of Arab and friendly countries on the advent of 2025.
His Highness the Amir wished all world countries and peoples a happy New Year of security, peace, stability and prosperity as well as health and wellness.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences on Sunday to President of India Droupadi Murmu over the passing of India's former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed sincere condolences and sympathy, praying to Allah Almighty to grant his family and relatives patience.

The closing ceremony and final match of the 26th Arabian Gulf Cup (Khaleeji Zain 26) will be held under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and in the presence of His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
The closing ceremony will take place at 7:00 pm on Saturday and the final match will be played by the national soccer teams of Oman and Bahrain at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Transitional Sovereign Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdelfattah Al-Burhan Abdelrahman Al-Burhan on Wednesday, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
His Highness the Amir wished Al-Burhan a long healthy life, hoping that Sudan would achieve peace and stability.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a cable of condolences to US President Joe Biden expressing condolences on death of the former president, Jimmy Carter, invoking Almighty Allah to grace his family with patience.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received, on Sunday at Seif Palace, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
