Kuwait Amir receives Kuwait SC after Asian triumph

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Tuesday, in the presence of Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Al-Sabah, Minister of State for Youth Affairs Dr. Tariq Al-Jalhamah, Kuwait Football Association President Sheikh Ahmad Yusuf Al-Sabah, Kuwait SC Chairman Khaled Al-Ghanem, board members and players of Kuwait SC football team.
The reception was held on the occasion of the club's victory in the AFC Challenge League title.
His Highness the Amir congratulated the team on the achievement and praised its outstanding performance in the final, which secured the continental title.
His Highness stressed the importance of continued efforts and cooperation to achieve further sporting success, wishing the team continued progress and advancing Kuwaiti sports at regional and international events.
For their part, the attendees expressed their appreciation for His Highness' continued support and encouragement, affirming that it serves as a key motivation for achieving further accomplishments and strengthening Kuwait's sporting standing regionally and internationally.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Director of His Highness the Amir's Office retired Lt. In the cable, His Highness the Amir conveyed his heartfelt condolences and solidarity following the incident, which resulted in several deaths and injuries.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday pledged to pursue the process of reforms and affirmed that "we are in a new phase of the responsible and serious action stages." His Highness the Amir's statement came during a reception of the His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah to take the oath on the occasion of his appointment and present the ministers to His Highness the Amir. His Highness the Amir congratulated the newly elected ministers, stressing that it is a great responsibility, wishing them success in serving the dear homeland and Kuwait's citizens and residents. "We are in a new, responsible, and serious phase of hard-working to serve the nation, its citizens, and its interests," said His Highness the Amir. His Highness the Amir also called on the ministers to develop economic and investment sectors to achieve a sustainable economy, invest in human capital, promote innovation and scientific research, improve the business environment and government services, and digital transformation in the services provided.
