His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday two cables from President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali and Vice-President Bharrat Jagdeo, voicing heartfelt condolences and sincere solace over the passing away of the late Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. In reply, His Highness the Amir sent two cables to President Ali and Vice-President Jagdeo voicing thanks and appreciation for their sincere sentiments of condolences and sympathies and wishing them good health and wellness.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday the leader of the Alliance of National State Forces of Iraq Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim and his accompanying delegation, who are in Kuwait to offer condolences over the passing away of the late Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The Iraqi guests also extended condolences to His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and the family of the late Amir.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday a cable from President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, voicing heartfelt condolences and sincere solace over the passing away of the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. In the cable, he commended the late Amir's great role in bolstering friendly relations between both countries. In reply, His Highness the Amir sent the president of Kazakhstan a cable of thanks and appreciation for his sincere sentiments of condolences and sympathies, lauding close relations between both friendly countries and peoples and wishing him good health and wellness.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a cable on Sunday from Brunei Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Muiz'zaddin Wad'daula, expressing his sorrow over the demise of late Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. In the cable, the Bruneian leader expressed grief on behalf of his government and people on the occasion, and extending his sentiments to the Kuwaiti government and people. His Highness the Amir sent a reply enclosed with utmost appreciation for the heartfelt sentiments.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday GCC Secretary-General Jassem Al-Budaiwi and GCC undersecretaries, who offered condolences over the passing away of the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The GCC officials also extended condolences to His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and the late Amir's family.

The Italian guests also extended condolences to His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and Al-Sabah Family.

Shams Eddin Kabashi Ibrahim and his accompanying delegation, who are in Kuwait to offer condolences over the passing away of the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The Sudanese guests also extended condolences to His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and Al-Sabah Family. The Sudanese guests were welcomed by Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at the airport.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a cable on Sunday from the President of the Republic of Chad General Mahamat Deby. In the cable, President Mahamat expressed grief over the passing away of late Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Saturday, praising contributions of the late Amir and extending his sorrow to the Kuwaiti government and people. His Highness the Amir sent a reply enclosed with utmost appreciation for the heartfelt sentiments.
