His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent congratulatory cables on Wednesday to Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi, along with Dr. Saad Al-Dossari on the global medical accomplishment of performing nine remote robotic surgeries.
In the cables, His Highness the Amir expressed sincere congratulations for the specialized medical team, praising the "historic" achievement, which reflects the national medical cadres' capabilities and Kuwait's health system's ability to keep pace with latest developments in the field.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences on Tuesday to Nigeria's President Bola Ahmad Tinubu, expressing condolences and heartfelt sympathy on the passing of former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished the family of the deceased and the Nigerian people patience and solace.

Upon arrival, His Highness the Amir was received by His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Sabah, Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Sabah.
His Highness the Amir's delegation included Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya, and Director-General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Sheikh Dr. Meshal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, along with a number of senior state officials.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday evening a cable to French President Emmanuel Macron, voicing thanks and gratitude to him for the amicable reception and warm welcome that reflected the depth of close historic relations that span over 60 years, see steady and continued successes and are based on mutual trust and respect.
His Highness the Amir also expressed great appreciation to the French president for the friendly and positive atmosphere of meetings and talks held during the visit, creating an opportunity for consultation and exchange of views and visions about various issues of mutual interest.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir voiced confidence that the successful visit to Paris would contribute to promoting strategic partnerships, developing aspects of cooperation and broadening its scope to cover all domains and fields, thus fulfilling both friendly peoples' aspirations of a brighter and more prosperous future.
His Highness the Amir, further, invited the French president to visit the State of Kuwait at a time he sees appropriate, wishing him wellbeing and France and its friendly people further goodness and prosperity.

His Highness the Amir was seen off at the airport by Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi, Kuwait's Ambassador to France Abdullah Al-Shaheen, French Ambassador in Kuwait Olivier Gauvin, head of security and safety of Paris airports Stephane Daguin, the Military Attache of the French Embassy in Kuwait Colonel Francois Dickes and Kuwaiti Embassy staff.
