Kuwait Amir receives call from Lebanese Pres.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a phone call Sunday from Lebanese President Joseph Aoun.
During the call, both sides reviewed the brotherly relations between Kuwait and Lebanon and discussed issues of mutual interest alongside regional and international developments, particularly current developments in the region.
The two leaders stressed the importance of exerting all efforts to promote peace in the region and support initiatives aimed at preserving its sovereignty, security and stability.
His Highness the Amir expressed appreciation to President Aoun, wishing him continued good health and the Lebanese people further progress and prosperity.

    Kuwait Amir sends letter to Spain King

    His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a written letter to the King of Spain Felipe VI, concerning the close historical ties between the two countries and their peoples, and ways to strengthen and develop these relations, in addition to current regional developments.
    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a press release, said that Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah handed the letter to the Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares during their meeting on Thursday, as part of the Kuwaiti top diplomat's official visit to the Spanish capital, Madrid.
    The meeting addressed ways to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries in various fields, as well as the latest developments on the regional and international scenes.

    Kuwait Amir receives letter from Mauritania pres.

    His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Tuesday a written letter from President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania Mohammad Ould Cheikh Ghazouani regarding close relations between both sisterly countries and means to promote and develop them.
