  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and in the presence of His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received the visiting President of UAE Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and his accompanying delegation.
  During the reception, both sides touched on the bilateral ties between the two countries and emphasizing the importance of consolidating the frameworks of bilateral cooperation between in a way that serves their mutual interests, especially in the economic and development fields.
  His Highness the Amir and Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed affirmed support to all initiatives and efforts aimed at establishing the foundations of comprehensive and just peace based on the two-state solution and a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip to achieve security and stability in the region. His Highness and Sheikh Mohammad stressed the need for continued international efforts to recognize the Palestinian state to achieve all the aspirations and hopes of the brotherly Palestinian people. During the meeting, the most important issues of common Gulf interest were also discussed.

  Kuwait Amir receives written letter from Brazil Pres.

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Wednesday a written letter from the President of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, regarding ways to strengthen bilateral relations between both countries, as well as ways to enhance cooperation.
  The letter also includes an invitation for His Highness to attend the Climate Summit in the Brazilian city of Belem, to be held from November 6 to 7, 2025.
  Minister Al-Yahya received the letter during his reception of the Brazilian Ambassador to Kuwait Rodrigo Gabsch.

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace Monday morning Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Abdulwahab Al-Awadhi and the medical team that set a Guinness World Record for the world's longest remote robotic surgery, performed across 12,000 kilometers.

  Kuwait Amir receives CEO of Goldman Sachs, accompanying delegation

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace on Sunday the CEO and Chairman of Goldman Sachs David Solomon and the accompanying delegation.
  His Highness the Amir affirmed, during the reception, Kuwait's keenness to boost investment horizons, bolstering business environment competitiveness, and build partnerships with global companies, which would contribute to the diversification of the economy, transfer expertize, localize technologies, attract quality investments, enable national cadres, and create promising opportunities in support of the country's sustainable development path.
  For his part, Goldman Sachs CEO Solomon said that he looked forward to bolstering cooperation with the State of Kuwait, contributing financial and investment expertize to support economic modernization programs and the goals of Kuwait Vision 2035.

  Kuwait Amir congratulates Pres. of Egypt on October War Anniv.

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Egypt, Abdulfattah Al-Sisi, on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of the October 6 War victory.
  In the cable, His Highness the Amir commended the Egyptian Armed Forces during the battle to liberate Egyptian territory, recalling that Kuwaitis stood side by side with Egyptians during this war, which embodied the historical ties between the two countries.
