His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a congratulatory cable to President of Burkina Captain Ibrahim Traore on the occasion of his country's Republic Day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished President Traore good health, the friendly people of Burkina Faso all progress and prosperity.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah at Bayan Palace on Sunday.
His Highness the Amir then received Chairman of Kuwait National Guard (KNG) Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at Bayan Palace on Sunday.
His Highness the Amir also received Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah at Bayan Palace on Sunday.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Friday a congratulatory cable to King of Thailand Maha Vajiralongkorn on the occasion of his country's National Day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished the King good health and for his country further progress and prosperity.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah returned to the homeland on Wednesday following an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, where he headed the delegation of the State of Kuwait to the 46th ordinary session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

His Highness the Amir was accompanied by an official delegation that included, Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Yahya, Director General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Director of the Office of His Highness the Amir, retired Lt. Gen. Jamal Mohammad Al-Thiyab, Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs at the Amiri Diwan Mazen Issa Al-Issa and Assistant Foreign Minister for GCC Affairs Ambassador Najeeb Abdulrahman Al-Bader.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa on the liberation day.
His Highness the Amir praised the solid brotherly relations between the two peoples, affirming the aspiration to cement these ties further in various spheres.
He also wished the Syrian president good health, progress and prosperity for the Syrian people.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished the President Stubb good health and further progress and welfare for Finland and its friendly people.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, President of the friendly Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
His Highness the aMIR expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy for the victims of Cyclone Ditwah that struck several regions of Sri Lanka, resulting in numerous deaths and injuries, as well as destruction of property and public facilities.
His Highness the Amir wished the families of the victims patience and solace, the injured a speedy recovery, and that the officials in the friendly country may be able to contain and overcome the effects of this natural disaster.

The Gulf leaders, in the final communique of the 46th GCC Summit, held in Bahrain on Wednesday called for enhancing cooperation amongst member states on all avenues as well as addressing the various challenges facing the region.
