  Kuwait Amir sends condolences to Kazakhstan Pres.

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Wednesday a cable of condolences to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan over the deaths and injuries among Kazakh armed forces personnel.
  The casualties resulted from a drowning incident during military exercises on the Caspian Sea coast.
  His Highness expressed sincere condolences and sympathy, wished the injured a speedy recovery.

  Kuwait Amir to patronize opening of Al Shaheed Park Phase III

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah will patronize the opening ceremony of Al Shaheed Park Phase III, represented by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, at 8:00 pm Wednesday.
