  Kuwait Amir receives ambassadors' credentials

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received credentials of several ambassadors to Kuwait.
  They included Phub Dorji of the Kingdom of Bhutan, Sullini Said of Brunei Darussalam, Paramita Tripathi of the Republic of India, Yang Xin of the People's Republic of China, and Songchai Chaipatiyut of the Kingdom of Thailand.
  The ceremony was attended by Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director of His Highness the Amir's Office Lieutenant General Jamal Al-Theyab, and Undersecretary of the Amiri Diwan Sheikh Abdulaziz Mishal Al-Sabah.
  Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs at the Amiri Diwan Mazen Al-Issa, Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Affairs Minister Plenipotentiary Abdulmohsen Al-Zaid, and Commander of the Amiri Guard Major General Bader Al-Sahloul, were also in attendance.

  Amir offers condolences on passing of artist Hayat Al-Fahad

  His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Tuesday, a cable of condolences to the family of the late distinguished artist Hayat Al-Fahad.
  His Highness praised her remarkable artistic career, rich with excellence and creativity, and her prominent contributions to enriching the artistic movement in Kuwait through numerous high-quality works characterized by strong national spirit and widely admired at local, Gulf and Arab levels.
  His Highness prayed to Allah the Almighty to bestow vast mercy upon the deceased, and grant her family, relatives and admirers patience and solace.

  Kuwait Amir receives newly appointed envoys to take constitutional oaths

  His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received on Tuesday the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, along with a number of newly appointed heads of Kuwaiti diplomatic missions, at Bayan Palace.
  During the meeting, the new envoys were presented to His Highness and took the constitutional oath on the occasion of assuming their new posts.
  The diplomats included Abdullah Jassim Al-Jraiwi; Consul General of Kuwait to the People's Republic of China in Shanghai, Falah Fahad Al-Mutairi; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Yemen, Nawaf Dheidan Busheiba; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Turki Khaled Al-Mekrad; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mohammad Rashid Al-Omairi; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Tajikistan, Fahad Yousef Al-Masoud; Consul General of Kuwait to the United States in Houston, Mohammad Khaled Al-Ajran; Consul General of Kuwait to the Italian Republic in Milan and Northern Italy, and Mishari Saleh Al-Mezaini, Consul General of Kuwait to the Federal Republic of Germany in Frankfurt.
  The ceremony was held marking the officials' assumption of their new diplomatic duties

  Kuwait Amir receives families of duty martyrs, Iranian child victim's family

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Tuesday First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, along with the families of martyrs of duty.
  The reception was for the families of Sergeant Waleed Majed Suleiman and Sergeant Abdulaziz Abdulmohsen Dakhel Nasser from the Naval Forces of Kuwait Army, as well as Lieutenant Colonel Staff Abdullah Emad Al-Sharrah and Major Fahad Abdulaziz Al-Mejmed of the Ministry of Interior, who were killed while carrying out their national duties in confronting and deterring the Iranian aggression against Kuwait.
  His Highness also received the family of the Iranian child victim, Elna Abdullah Hussain, who was killed when her family home was struck during the attacks carried out by Iranian missiles targeting civilian sites in Kuwait.
  During the meeting, His Highness the Amir expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies, recalling the bravery, sacrifices and national contributions of the martyrs, who performed their duties with dedication and loyalty to their homeland.
  He prayed Allah Almighty to bestow mercy and forgiveness upon the deceased and grant their families patience and solace.

  Kuwait's Amir receives newly appointed heads of diplomatic missions

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. During the meeting, the minister presented the newly appointed Kuwaiti heads of diplomatic missions to His Highness.

  The Minister of Justice introduced to His Highness the Amir Board Chairperson of Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha), Dr. Rana Al-Faris, Deputy Chairperson Dr. Majed Al-Deihani and Board Members Rania Al-Fulaij, Dr. Abdullah Al-Dabbous and Dhay Al-Otaibi, who were sworn in on the occasion of the recent Amiri decree naming them new Nazaha board.

  Kuwait Amir condoles with Algeria on passing of former President

  His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, sent a condolence cable to Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, expressing heartfelt sympathy on the passing of former Algerian President Liamine Zeroual.
  In the cable, His Highness prayed to Allah to grant the deceased vast mercy and patience for President Tebboune, the Algerian people, and the family of the late leader.

  Kuwait Amir receives call from Egypt's Pres.

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Saturday a telephone call from Egypt's Abdelfattah Al-Sisi to reassure about Kuwait's state, its leadership and people after the heinous Iranian attack on Kuwait's territories.
  During the call, Al-Sisi expressed Egypt's strong condemnation and denunciation of this blatant attack which is a violation of Kuwait's sovereignty, international law and the UN Charter President Al-Sisi affirmed Egypt's standing with, and support for, the sisterly state of Kuwait in all measures taken to maintain its sovereignty, security and stability He confirmed harnessing Egypt's potential to back Kuwait, praying to Allah to protect Kuwait, its people from any evil.
  Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir expressed thanks and appreciation to President Al-Sisi, wishing him everlasting well-being.

  Kuwait Amir receives call from Qatari Amir

  His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a telephone call on Saturday from Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, during which the latter inquired about the well-being of the State of Kuwait, its leadership, and people.
  An Amiri Diwan statement read that this came following the heinous Iranian attack that targeted Kuwaiti and Qatari territories.
  Both sides expressed their strong condemnation of this blatant aggression, which constitutes a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of both countries, international law, and the Charter of the United Nations.
  Their Highnesses affirmed that this flagrant attack on both countries and several other brotherly nations represents a dangerous escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region. They also emphasized their commitment to utilizing all their resources to support the region's security and maintain its stability, and stressed the necessity of an immediate cessation of escalatory actions and a return to dialogue and diplomatic solutions.
