Deputy-Chief of the National Guards
Leaders, Officers and Employees of the National Guards, Military & Civilians

As habitual every year, we meet in these blessed nights of Ramadan to exchange felicitations. I and my brother HH Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Crown Prince, avail ourselves this opportunity to congratulate you on the last 10 days of Ramadan for its reward and virtue is greater.

I subjugate to Allah Almighty to accept our fasting and night prayer purely for Him and bestow upon our Kuwait pride, prosperity, security and safety.

Brothers & Sons,

The current turbulent conditions in the region require you to be vigilant and ready for any emergency.

I would like in this meeting to commend the great efforts exerted by all members of the National Guards in protecting homeland as they are the support of other security sectors like the military and the police in facing whoever wants to harm this country.

In this regard, I appreciate the significant role played by HH Sheikh Salem Al Ali Al Sabah, Chief of the National Guard and his right hand Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, Deputy-Chief of the National Guard and their extensive giving in developing the efficiency of the members of the National Guards whom their high military skills are acknowledged and appreciated.

I take the opportunity of the coming Fitr Eid to congratulate you all in advance in this blessed occasion.

We pray to Allah Almighty to save our country Kuwait and its people from all harm, maintain security, safety and prosperity, and bestow His mercy and forgiveness upon our martyrs.

Wassalamu Alikom wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh...
