Omani Sultan Qaboos bin Said, accompanied by a delegation of senior officials, arrived in Kuwait on Tuesday starting a four-day visit during which he would hold talks with HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Sultan Qaboos and the accompanying officials were received upon their arrival at Kuwait International Airport by HH the Amir, HH the Crown prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Speaker of the National Assembly Ahmad Al-Saadoun, Deputy Chief of the National Guard Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, senior State officials, chiefs of the Army, the Police and the National Guard.
The accompanying honorary mission was formed by the Amiri Diwan under chairmanship of Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Chief of the National Security Apparatus.
Sultan Qaboos is accompanied by Minister of the Royal Court Khaled Al-Busaidi, Minister of the Royal Court Lieutenant General Sultan Bin Mohammed Al-Nu'mani, Minister in Charge of Defence Affairs Bader Bin Saud Hareb Al-Busaidi, Minister in Charge of Foreign Affairs Yousef Bin Alawi Bin Abdullah, Minister in Charge of Financial Affairs Ismail Al-Bloushi and Sultan's Advisor for Economic Planning Mohammed Bin Zaid.
