In accordance with the constitution, Law No. 29 for the year 1962 regulating employees of the Amiri Diwan, which was amended by Law No. 5 for the year 1978 , Law No.15 for the year 1979, regulating the civil service, and Law No. 48 for the year 1979 regulating the salaries of the prime minister and the ministers .In accordance to the decree issued in the 7th of Jamadi Al Awal for the year 1399 h corresponding to April 4th 1979 ,regulating the civil service and its amended decrees, Decree No.8 for the year 2006 in appointing Minister for the Amiri Diwan Affairs, in accordance to the Prime Minister presentment, and after the agreement of the council of ministers. We decree the following.
Article One
The appointment of Ali Jarah Al-Sabah - as Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs.
Article Two
The prime minsters and the ministers are to fulfil this decree, it is effective as the date of issue, and it is to be published in the official news papers.
