His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah inaugurated Monday morning 9th April 2007 "The Avenues" mall.

His Highness arrived to the ceremony at 10:30, and was welcomed at the mall by Mabanee Company's Chairman Mohammad Al-Shaya and other company figures.

The opening ceremony was attended by His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, National Assembly Speaker Jassem Mohammad Al-Kharafi, Deputy Chief of the National Guard Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Acting Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Minister of Defense Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and senior officials.

H.H. was presented with a gift from Mabanee Company's Chairman Mohammad Al-Shaya.
