His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah toured several popular places in Kuwait Wednesday evening accompanied by HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Saba and the Chairman of the National Guard Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as well as several senior officials.

The tour, part of HH the Amir's social activities in the holy month of Ramadan, included the cafee shops of Al-Salmiya, Sharq, Al-Qiblah and Al-Farwaniya as well as the Fishermen's Union, Al-Watiyah Fishermen Diwaniya and Al-Qaffaf's diwaniya.

HH the Amir and his entourage were warmly received by the visitors and owners of the gathering places.

HH the Amir had cordial talks with the audience on their daily lives in Ramadan and some of the audience read poems, presented token gifts to, and expressed best wishes for, him.

His entourage also included Deputy Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Al-Jarrah, Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice and Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Dr. Mohammad Al-Afasi, Chief of Staff of HH the Amir's Office Ahmed Fahad Al-Fahad and acting Undersecretary of the Amir Diwan and Master of the Amiri Ceremonies Sheikh Khalid Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah Al-Nasser Al-Sabah.

HH the Amir was also accompanied by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor Mohammad Ali Al-Kandari, Abdulrahman Al-Mazrou'ei, Sheikh Majed Al-Jaber Al-Homoud Al-Sabah, Sheikh Abdullah Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Sheikh Sabah Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and Director General of the Popular Coffee Shops Mubarak Al-Hajeri.
